Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through Upwork, Guru, PeoplePerHour (PPH), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Handle cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing to connect with potential clients.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable IT solutions.
Manage client interactions via calls, emails, and chat.
Schedule meetings and coordinate with the technical team.
Prepare proposals, negotiate with clients, and follow up to close deals.
Build long-term client relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Business Development/IT Sales.
Hands-on experience with Upwork, Guru, PPH, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
Robust communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and deal closing.
Basic understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, etc.).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
