Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and child-centered learning setting. The ideal candidate should foster the intellectual, emotional, social, and physical development of young children using the Montessori method.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver Montessori-based learning activities.
Create a positive, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
Observe and assess each child's progress and maintain records.
Encourage independence, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Maintain classroom discipline with patience and positive guidance.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress.
Organize classroom materials and ensure a safe learning setting.
Participate in school events, meetings, and career development programs.

Qualifications:




Diploma or Certification in Montessori Education (Mandatory)
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred)
1–3 years of teaching experience in a Montessori or preschool setting
Freshers with Montessori certification may also apply.
