We are hiring a .NET Production Support Engineer with hands-on experience in supporting live applications, incident handling, and troubleshooting in production environments. The role requires solid expertise in .NET Core, APIs, and production issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for .NET applications
Handle production incidents, debugging, and bug fixing
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement solutions
Monitor applications using tools like Splunk, Kibana, AppDynamics
Support deployment, release activities, and setting checks
Collaborate with development teams for permanent fixes
Ensure high availability, performance, and stability of applications

Required Skills
Solid experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core




Proficiency in C# and Web API development
Experience in production support / incident management (L2/L3)
Good understanding of REST APIs / Microservices
Strong knowledge of SQL / databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.)
Familiarity with Linux/Windows servers and basic scripting
Experience with monitoring & logging tools (Splunk / Kibana / Dynatrace / AppDynamics)

Good to Have
Experience with Angular or React
Exposure to Azure / AWS cloud environments
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA)
