Creative⁺ Academy focuses on hands-on learning, collaborative art experiences, and qualified guidance to help individuals explore and grow their artistic skills.

Role Description The Painting Artist will work full time on-site at Creative⁺ Academy in Delhi, India. Daily responsibilities include planning and conducting painting workshops, demonstrating techniques in various mediums, and guiding participants through step-by-step projects. The role involves designing lesson plans, preparing materials and studio spaces, and providing constructive feedback to learners of different skill levels.

Artist will also help curate artworks for display,



support events and exhibitions, and collaborate with the team to develop current creative programs that align with the academy’s mission.

Qualifications

Strong practical skills in Acrylic Painting, Modelling paste & Texture Painting techniques.

Experience teaching or facilitating art workshops, with the ability to adapt instruction to different age groups and skill levels.

Ability to design engaging lesson plans and structure creative curricula for group sessions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to working with participants and colleagues.

Attention to detail and the ability to manage studio materials.

Formal training in Fine Arts or related field, BFA/MFA, B.Des/M.Des.

Prior experience exhibiting artwork or participating in art events is an advantage.
