.NET Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies (.NET Core/.NET

Framework, C#).
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team,

ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Design and develop REST APIs, microservices, and database solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams,

and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues,

and optimize application performance.
Ensure application security, scalability, and maintainability.

Required Skills
8 years of experience in .NET development with robust expertise in

C#, ASP.NET [1] MVC/Core, Web API, and SQL Server.
Experience with microservices architecture, cloud platforms

(Azure preferred), and DevOps practices.
Robust understanding of software design patterns, system integration, and application security.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Angular/React,



Azure Services, CI/CD pipelines, and

Agile/Scrum methodologies.
