We're hiring a driven Online Sales Executive to manage our digital sales channels, convert international inquiries into orders, and deliver a smooth sales experience for our overseas customers. If you're target-driven, comfortable selling to international clients, and interested in the used-car export business, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from overseas buyers and dealers via the company website, email, WhatsApp, and export trade portals
Manage the full online sales cycle: inquiry handling, stock sourcing, negotiation, and closing
Source and shortlist vehicle stock from Japanese auction houses and stockyards based on buyer requirements
Create, update, and manage vehicle stock listings (pricing, specifications, photos, condition reports)
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and export sales documentation (FOB/CIF pricing) for overseas customers
Maintain accurate inquiry, quotation, and order records in the CRM/sales tracker




Coordinate with the shipping and documentation team on booking, container/RORO logistics, and export paperwork
Build long-term relationships with overseas buyers and dealers to drive repeat business and referrals
Work with the marketing team on online promotions and stock listing content for international markets
Track competitor pricing, market demand, and currency movements across export markets
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly export sales targets

Qualifications
Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior experience in online/export sales or automobile sales is a plus
Excellent verbal English communication skills are a must
Sharp, intelligent, and a quick learner with robust problem-solving ability
Robust negotiation and deal-closing skills with international customers
Comfortable using CRM tools, online listing platforms, and MS Excel/Office
Good digital literacy: email, WhatsApp Business, and online chat/video call tools
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working across time zones
