Role Description The Operations Team Member will support day-to-day logistics activities, including coordinating pickups and deliveries, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include communicating with customers and business partners, resolving operational issues, and maintaining records in line with company processes and service standards. The role involves collaborating with warehouse and delivery staff, monitoring performance metrics, and suggesting improvements to enhance speed and reliability. This is a full-time, in office role based in Srinagar,



requiring presence at operational facilities and local service areas.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor operations performance, and support problem-solving.
