Online Analysis
Screening all the machine health condition, closely observing trends

of all the parameters like vibration in velocity, acceleration, Defect Factor, SFI etc. which defined the actual condition of the machine
Handling large amount of measurement data received from Online

Monitoring System on live / continuous bases.
Real time monitoring of critical assets and in case of responsible alarm

immediate submission of crisp reports to analyst or senior analyst via email or notifying the team .
Daily work log sheet to be filled on no. of machines scanned and no.

of anomalies observed during a day on a daily basis.
In case of any interruption in data logging / measurement - same also

to be reported to the analyst or senior analyst
While screening data, in case of special observation / findings which

can be eligible for filing a success story / case study than defined procedure to be followed and success story / case study to be created.
