Role Description The Operations Trainee role at Saruh is a full time, on-site position based in Thane. In this role, the trainee supports day-to-day operational activities, including monitoring key performance metrics, assisting with process documentation, and helping implement improvements across restaurant intelligence workflows. The person in this position works closely with operations and sales teams to coordinate tasks, track progress, and ensure timely reporting.

Responsibilities also include basic data analysis, preparing operational summaries, and communicating insights to internal stakeholders and partner restaurants.



The role offers hands-on exposure to AI-driven restaurant operations, with opportunities to learn and grow into more advanced operational responsibilities.

Qualifications
Robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Foundational knowledge or interest in Sales and Operations Management within technology or hospitality environments.
Basic Project Management abilities to organize tasks, track timelines, and support execution of operational initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Operations, Hospitality Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort working with data dashboards.
Ability to work on-site in Thane, with a proactive, learning-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
Prior internship or academic projects related to operations, analytics, or restaurant/hospitality sectors are a plus.
