Role Description The Operations Team Member role is a full time, on-site position based in Daman. This role involves supporting day-to-day operational activities, including coordinating with internal teams, monitoring workflow, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Responsibilities include assisting with inventory or order management, tracking operational metrics, preparing basic reports, and helping implement process improvements.

The Operations Team

Member will also collaborate with sales and project teams to support smooth execution of customer orders and internal projects, while maintaining transparent communication and adherence to company procedures.

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data interpretation, and tracking operational performance.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Sales awareness and customer-focused thinking to support sales processes and ensure positive client experiences.
Candidates should possess Operations Management capabilities to handle daily workflows, coordinate tasks, and support process efficiency.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills to assist in planning, monitoring timelines, and supporting project delivery.
Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools, attention to detail, ability to work on-site in Daman, and prior experience in operations, logistics, or related fields.
A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, operations, commerce, or a related discipline is preferred.
