Baking Oven Thermal Tuning/: To ensure adequate cross/-linking and paint hardness, calibrate and audit curing oven thermal profiles while monitoring temperature curves over time.

Robotic and Pneumatic Atomizer Calibration/: To obtain consistent paint thicknesses, set up automated spray parameters, optimize fluid flow delivery volumes, atomize air pressures, and shape air boundaries. SurfaceDefect Root/-Cause Elimination/: Use 8D and 5/-Why techniques to lead problem/-solving tracks to identify and eliminate finish flaws such dirt inclusions, orange peel textures, paint runs, craters, pinholes, and adhesive failures.





Continuous FTT and Yield Improvement/: To reduce paint scrap s, balance lines, optimize masking operations, and implement continuous improvement tracks to maximize First Time Through scores.

Required Skills/: Industrial Surface Coating Literacy/: In/-depth understanding of cathodic electrodeposition, liquid/powder paint application mechanics, and chemical pretreatment processes phosphating, degreasing.

Paint Defect Diagnostic Fluency/: Excellent analytical ability to categorize paint line irregularities visually and link them to the underlying causes in cleanroom hygiene, spray settings, or bath chemistry. Metrology & Film Inspection Toolkit Mastery/: Practical expertise with paint/-testing equipment, including gloss meters, wave/-scan profiles, cross/-hatch adhesion testers, dry film thickness DFT gauges, and color spectrometers.
