Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Trainee to join our team. This role will support the sales and marketing efforts, contributing to various campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and develop their skills in a rapid-paced workplace.

Duties & Responsibilities
Design high-quality Canva creatives: social media posts, carousel ads, static & motion visuals for LinkedIn, Instagram, and emailers.
Ideate and produce short-form videos (Instagram Reels/LinkedIn Shorts) with engaging copy and visuals Execute and manage LinkedIn & Google Ads campaigns with performance tracking (CPC/CTR/Lead Gen)
Use tools like SEMrush, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Analytics to monitor, report, and optimize campaigns
Build crisp, polished and on-brand corporate presentations & client-facing decks (a core part of the job)
Collaborate in planning internal & external events, marketing activations, or client roundtables
Actively contribute creative ideas for branding, product awareness, and employer branding efforts
Must-Have Skills & Tools
Proficiency in Canva (Pro version preferred)




Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads Manager
Experience in performance analytics via tools like SEMrush, HubSpot, Google Analytics
Strong eye for brand aesthetics and slide design (PowerPoint or Canva decks)
Comfortable with Instagram Reels editing tools (InShot, CapCut, etc.)
Excellent communication skills

Required Skills & Abilities
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Engineering (B.Tech, BE), or a related field.
Robust understanding of marketing principles and sales strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation techniques.
