Perform de-lamination (DE-LAM) of defective PV modules as per approved SOPs.

Identify module defects such as:

Cell cracks

EVA defects

Backsheet defects

Glass defects

Busbar/open circuit issues

Junction box defects

Cosmetic defects





Carry out rework activities after de-lamination, including:

Cell replacement (where applicable)

Ribbon/busbar repair

EVA and backsheet replacement

Glass replacement (if process permits)

Junction box replacement

Frame removal and re-framing

Ensure proper handling of modules to avoid additional damage during rework.

Operate DE-LAM machines, heating equipment, cutting tools, vacuum tools, and other rework equipment safely.

Record rework details in production and quality logs.

Coordinate with IQC, IPQC, FQC, and Production teams regarding rework disposition.

Segregate recoverable and non-recoverable modules.
