Role Overview

We help coaches build AI avatars of themselves, so they can post consistently on social media without ever having to record. We're looking for a curious, growth-minded marketing intern to help us grow the personal brand of our own "real twin" page, end to end, from where it stands today to a well-known, established page in the space. Key Responsibilities

Content & Personal Branding

▸ Edit short-form videos for our real twin's personal brand page on an ongoing basis, this is a core, regular part of the role.

▸ Come up with fresh hooks, angles, and content ideas tailored to the persona's brand and target audience.

▸ Help take the page from its current stage to a well-recognized, established page, thinking end to end about content, consistency, and growth. ICP Research & List Building

▸ Use automated/manual search methods to build lists of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), currently focused on the coaching niche.▸ Segment and categorize prospects based on defined criteria (e.g. niche, audience size, engagement level, fit). Outreach & Lead Management

▸ Send outreach messages (provided by the team) to prospects via Instagram and track responses.

▸ Follow up with prospects and maintain a explicit log of who's been contacted, response status, and next steps. What We're Looking For





Skills & Experience

▸ Intermediate video editing skills are a must, you should be comfortable editing short-form content regularly and confidently (CapCut and Edits, Premiere Pro is a plus).

▸ Some experience with marketing, content creation, or social media growth is preferred (at least 6 months).

▸Expereince for finding viral outlier videos and learning from them (hook, script style) Mindset

▸ Open to doing different types of tasks and learning recent things on the go.

▸ Reliable and self-driven, this is a remote role, so ownership matters. Nice to Have

▸ Prior experience taking a page or personal brand from zero to an established, well-known page.

▸ Familiarity with Instagram growth tactics, hooks, or short-form content trends.What You'll Gain
