Job Summary

We are looking for an Operations & Vendor Management Executive to oversee daily operational activities and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth project execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and coordination skills, basic technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A Diploma in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with vendors for procurement, delivery, and project execution.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
Monitor day-to-day operational activities and maintain smooth workflow.
Prepare and maintain operational reports, vendor records, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Track material requirements, deliveries, and vendor performance.
Resolve operational and vendor-related issues effectively.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
Basic technical knowledge related to engineering or construction projects.
Positive organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Diploma in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) is preferred and will be an added advantage.
1–3 years of experience in Operations, Vendor Management, or a similar role is preferred.
Freshers with relevant technical knowledge and valuable communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
