Notice Period: Immediate joiner or up to 1 month. We at Coforge are seeking a “Monitoring Executive " to support IT operations in a quick-paced manufacturing workplace Perform 24x7 monitoring of PRADIP systems and critical infrastructure at the Data Center (DC).
Monitor alerts, events, and system health through monitoring tools.
Log, track, and update incidents/service requests in the ticketing system.
Ensure timely alert handling, escalation, and follow-up as per the defined escalation matrix.
Monitor SLA compliance and ensure timely closure of tickets.
Coordinate with support teams, OEMs, and stakeholders for issue resolution.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring and incident reports.
Maintain shift handover reports and operational documentation.
Identify recurring issues and escalate them for preventive action.
Support FMS Helpdesk operations and ensure uninterrupted monitoring services.
Required Skills
Experience with Monitoring and Ticketing Tools.
Basic understanding of Data Center operations and IT infrastructure.
Knowledge of incident management and escalation processes.
Familiarity with SLA tracking and reporting.
Positive analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to NOC/Service Desk/Data Center monitoring environments.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management concepts.
Experience in FMS Support Operations.
