Role Description This full time Marketing Trainee role is an in office position based in the Pune HQ of Schmalz India. Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through cold calling, internet research, LinkedIn, and online databases.

Verify, qualify,



and screen leads before sharing them with the sales team.

Maintain and update lead records in CRM and other internal systems.

Support marketing campaigns through content creation and coordination.

Assist with product photography and video shoots.

Ensure all marketing materials comply with company branding guidelines.

Conduct market and competitor research.

Assist in organizing marketing events such as trade shows, seminars, and open houses.

Required

Skills

Positive communication and tele-calling skills (mandatory).

Strong internet research and data management abilities.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management is preferred.

Hands-on experience with Canva and other content creation tools.

Basic product photography, videography, and social media management skills.

Understanding of branding and marketing communication guidelines.

May need to travel for events and customer outreach when required. Qualification

Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication.

0–1 year of experience (freshers and internship candidates are welcome to apply).
