We are hiring for The IPR Paralegal (Non-Attorney) to provide administrative and legal support to the Intellectual Property (IP) team by assisting with the management of patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and related intellectual property matters. The role is responsible for maintaining IP records, coordinating filings with external counsel, monitoring deadlines, conducting preliminary IP research, and supporting IP compliance activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.), Legal Studies, Intellectual Property, or a related discipline.
1–3 years of relevant experience* in IPR filings.
Must have sound knowledge of trademark, copyright, and patent filing procedures, documentation, docketing, and related filing processes.
Paralegal certification is an advantage.
