Notice Period: Immediate joiner or up to 1 month. We at Coforge are seeking a “Network Administrator" to manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, routers, switches, and network security devices.

Key Responsibilities Monitor network performance, availability, and utilization to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Troubleshoot and resolve network faults, connectivity issues, and performance bottlenecks.

Support DC/DR network connectivity and ensure network readiness for disaster recovery operations.

Handle incident, problem, and change management activities in line with SLA requirements.

Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for issue resolution, hardware replacements, and technical support.

Perform network configuration, upgrades, patch management, and preventive maintenance activities.

Ensure compliance with network security policies, standards, and operational procedures.





Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, operational reports, and audit records.

Provide L2/L3 support and participate in 24x7 operational support as required.

Required Skills

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Network Administration.

Robust hands-on experience with Routers, Switches, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Network Monitoring Tools.

Experience in network troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis.

Knowledge of DC/DR networking concepts and high-availability environments.

Understanding of network security, firewall policies, and access control mechanisms.

Familiarity with SLA-driven support settings and ITIL processes.

Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications

CCNA / CCNP or equivalent networking certification.

ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred).
