We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, optimization, and support of Oracle NetSuite ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design functional solutions, configure NetSuite modules, and ensure successful project delivery. The consultant will bridge the gap between business processes and technology while driving ERP best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Lead NetSuite implementation, rollout, enhancement, and optimization projects.




Conduct business process analysis and gather functional requirements from stakeholders.
Design and configure NetSuite modules based on business requirements.
Create Functional Design Documents (FDDs), process flows, and solution documentation.
Configure workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reports, KPIs, custom forms, and roles.
Collaborate with technical developers for SuiteScript customizations, integrations, and data migrations.
Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate issue resolution.
Deliver end-user training and prepare training documentation.
Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements.
Work with cross-functional teams including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, and IT.
Ensure adherence to NetSuite implementation best practices and governance standards.
