– Monitoring & Evaluation Executive

Position: Monitoring & Evaluation Executive Location: Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh

Project: Programme Management Consultant (PgMC) – APCRDA

Experience: 5–8 Years

Qualification: Master's Degree in Management or a related discipline from a recognized/reputed institution.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring the implementation and progress of all ongoing APCRDA projects.
Track project schedules, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc progress reports for project management and the client.
Identify project delays, risks, and deviations, and escalate them with supporting analysis.
Maintain project monitoring dashboards, MIS, and documentation.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and client representatives for timely data collection and reporting.
Support the preparation of presentations, review meetings, and project status updates.
Ensure compliance with project reporting formats and monitoring requirements.
Maintain accurate project records and support audits and reviews as required.




Perform any other project-related tasks assigned by the Project Manager.

Experience & Skills
5–8 years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, Project Monitoring, MIS, PMO, or Programme Management for infrastructure, urban development, or government projects.
Experience in preparing project progress reports, dashboards, and performance monitoring reports.
Valuable understanding of project planning, scheduling, and reporting processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Office applications.
Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Experience in Smart City, Urban Development, or Government infrastructure projects will be preferred.
