Job Title: Online UPS Service Engineer Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated UPS Service Engineer to install, commission, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain UPS systems at customer sites. The candidate should be technically sound, customer-focused, and willing to travel for field service assignments.
Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, and maintain UPS systems.
Perform preventive maintenance and attend breakdown service calls.
Diagnose and rectify faults in UPS systems and battery banks.
Conduct battery testing, replacement, and system health checks.
Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
Handle Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) service activities.
Eligibility
+2 / Higher Secondary with ITI (Electrician/Electronics) or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, EEE, ECE, or a related field.
Freshers can apply.
Candidates with experience in UPS installation and maintenance will be given preference.
Basic knowledge of UPS systems, batteries, electrical wiring, and power electronics.
Willingness to travel for in office customer service.
Valid driving licence is preferred.
