Position Overview The ISMS Executive – Quality & Process will be responsible for driving the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in alignment with ISO/IEC 27001 standards. This role focuses on ensuring process compliance, quality assurance, and effective governance across all information security initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain ISMS policies, procedures, and process documentation.
Conduct internal audits, gap assessments, and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to ISO 27001 and organizational standards.
Support risk management activities, including identification, assessment, and mitigation of information security risks.
Initiate and oversee process reviews for projects to ensure alignment with ISMS requirements.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure quality and process compliance in service delivery.
Provide training and awareness sessions on ISMS, data security, and privacy practices.
Monitor ISMS performance metrics and report findings to management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality and process management.
Manage Vendor Risk Management assessments
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Solid knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 and ISMS frameworks.
Experience in quality assurance, process management, and compliance functions.
Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
Certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer (preferred).
Certifications such as ISO 20001-1 Lead Auditor/Implementer (preferred).
