Role & responsibilities
Source and recruit OPT, CPT, and H-1B candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, communication, and eligibility.
Coordinate interview scheduling and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding job prospects and interview status.
Ensure all candidate information is accurately updated in the ATS/CRM.
Work closely with the sales and account management teams to fulfill client requirements.
