Job Summary

The Part Process Manager (Production & Design) is responsible for managing the complete processing operations, including manpower planning, shop-floor supervision, product design, laser cutting file preparation, production planning, and process optimization. The role ensures productive utilization of manpower and materials while maintaining quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end manpower planning and shop-floor operations for processing activities.
Supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets.
Prepare and modify product drawings using CAD software.
Create, optimize, and manage nesting files for laser cutting operations.
Generate and maintain DXF/DWG files for production.
Ensure efficient material utilization through optimized nesting and process planning.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Design teams for smooth workflow.
Monitor machine utilization, productivity,



and process efficiency.
Resolve production-related technical issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies.
Prepare daily production reports and monitor KPIs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce wastage and improve productivity.

Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD/CAM software.
Experience with laser nesting software and DXF/DWG file preparation.
Solid knowledge of laser cutting machines and sheet metal processing.
Excellent manpower management and leadership skills.
Production planning and scheduling expertise.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
