We're hiring a Marketing Associate for a fast-growing FinTech company based in Bengaluru. If you're passionate about building brands, creating compelling content, executing impactful campaigns, and driving marketing initiatives across both digital and offline channels, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a high-ownership role where you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand presence, execute marketing strategies, and contribute directly to business growth. Responsibilities

Create engaging content for social media, blogs, case studies, email campaigns, and website.

Manage LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns.

Coordinate industry events, conferences, and partner activations.

Develop marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, and sales enablement materials.

Monitor campaign performance and share actionable insights.

Collaborate with design, product,



and business teams to execute marketing initiatives.

Support branding, lead generation, and demand-generation activities. Qualifications

0–4 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or Brand Marketing.

MBA in Marketing, Graduate in a relevant field, or candidates with a robust marketing portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Demonstrated exposure to both digital and offline marketing through internships, projects, or skilled experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with Canva, Figma, AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude), or similar marketing tools is an added advantage.

Solid analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership.

Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru.
