Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily plant operations and ensure smooth functioning of machinery. Monitor the performance, maintenance, and troubleshooting of production equipment. Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance is carried out efficiently.
Coordinate with production teams to minimise machine downtime. Maintain safety, quality, and operational standards across the plant. Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Prepare maintenance records and machine performance reports.
Requirements/Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience : 2 years in a manufacturing plant (iron, steel, SS, metal, or mining industry preferred). Solid knowledge of machinery used for iron & SS fittings, flanges, and pipe manufacturing.
Experience in machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and production support. Positive problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
