Key Responsibilities
Teach all core subjects to primary students as per the curriculum.
Create engaging and interactive lesson plans.
Monitor and assess student progress regularly.
Maintain a protected, positive, and inclusive classroom setting.
Develop students' communication, social, and life skills.
Coordinate with parents and provide regular updates on student performance.
Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and classroom activities.
Participate in school events, meetings, and training programs.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.Sc./B.Com.) with B.Ed. (preferred).
13 years of teaching experience in primary grades (freshers with robust communication skills may also apply).
Excellent English communication skills.
Passion for teaching young learners.
Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.
