Role & responsibilities
Solid hands-on experience in Routing and Switching technologies.
Administration and troubleshooting of Cisco Nexus Switches and enterprise network infrastructure.
Configuration and support of routers, switches, VLANs, STP, Ether Channel, HSRP/VRRP, OSPF, BGP, and static routing.
Monitor and manage LAN, WAN, and Data Centre network settings.
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, latency, and performance issues.
Perform network health checks, upgrades, firmware updates, and configuration backups.
Coordinate with OEM/vendors for complex issue resolution and escalations.
Ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
Prepare and maintain network documentation and operational procedures.
Participate in 24x7 support operations and incident management.

CCNA/CCNP certified
