 Support campaign planning, audience targeting, budget tracking, and performance analysis.

 Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely campaign delivery.

 Manage social media scheduling and publishing across brand channels.

 Monitor and engage with online communities, responding to customer queries and comments.

 Track social engagement metrics and recommend actions to improve community growth.

 Develop compelling marketing copy for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.

 Support content creation initiatives, including short-form video development and channel management.

 Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and communication guidelines.

 Build and maintain marketing dashboards to track campaign, social, and e-commerce performance.





 Generate regular reports and insights to support marketing decision-making.

 Analyze customer and channel performance trends.

Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content marketing, or ecommerce.

 Robust copywriting and communication skills.

 Excellent storytelling skills

 Familiarity with social media platforms, marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.

 Experience with D2C brands, consumer products, food & beverage, or FMCG categories is preferred.

 Robust organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
