Job Title: Part-Time Telecaller / Outbound Sales Executive (In-Office)

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to qualified leads and prospective business clients.
Pitch our services clearly, answer basic queries, and understand prospective client requirements.
Book discovery calls or setup consultation meetings for the senior team.
Follow up consistently with prospective leads to maintain interest.
Keep clean daily logs of calls, responses, and appointment statuses in our system/sheets.

Requirements & Qualifications




Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Strong phone presence, polite tone, and confidence in speaking with business owners.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or outbound sales is preferred (freshers with great communication are also welcome).
Punctual, organized, and results-oriented.
Ability to work full-time in-office at Panampilly Nagar during the agreed 5-hour daily shift (Monday through Saturday).
