We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter / Talent Placement Specialist to place our pipeline of job-ready Generative AI freshers and junior developers (0–6 months experience) into active client requisitions. Our candidates are upskilled in production-ready AI concepts (Python, RAG pipelines, LLM APIs, and fine-tuning) and ready for entry-level, junior, or contract roles. This is a adaptable, part time position ideal for freelance tech recruiters, staffing account managers, or recruitment agency owners with relationships with hiring managers, startups, and IT consulting clients willing to onboard early-career AI talent.

Key Responsibilities: Identify clients, IT service providers, and tech startups open to hiring freshers, interns, or junior engineers (0–6 months experience) in AI/ML and software roles. Match and pitch our trained Generative AI candidates to client requisitions,



emphasizing their hands-on project portfolio and technical readiness.

Manage end-to-end placement logistics (profile submissions, client interview scheduling, and offer follow-ups). Act as the key liaison between corporate clients and our talent management team.

Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in IT staffing, campus placement, or entry-level/junior tech recruitment.

Proven track record of placing freshers, junior developers, or contract resources into corporate clients. Active network of HR leads, agency partners, or hiring managers who hire entry-level or junior tech talent. Understanding of Generative AI roles (Python, RAG, Prompt Engineering, API integrations) to accurately articulate candidate strengths.
