Role Overview

We are looking for a energetic, energetic, and relationship-oriented professional who enjoys interacting with people and building meaningful business relationships. This role involves promoting BetterKarts' wealth products and services, meeting prospective clients and distribution partners, conducting investor awareness activities, and driving business growth through consultative engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Promote BetterKarts' wealth services including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, and other investment products.
Meet professionals, business owners, HNIs, NRIs, and prospective investors through field visits, networking events, seminars, and referrals.
Identify, engage, and onboard new clients and distribution partners.
Conduct presentations and explain the perks of BetterKarts' research-driven investment approach and financial products.
Build and nurture long-term client and partner relationships.
Generate quality leads through networking, referrals, corporate connects, and strategic alliances.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and exceptional service.




Achieve business development and revenue targets while maintaining high ethical and compliance standards.

Salary package - 4 - 5 lacs p.a (60% fixed, 40% variable)

Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Extroverted, confident, and passionate about meeting new people.
Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and client meetings.
Solid relationship-building and networking abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
Basic understanding of Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, or other financial products is preferred.
Prior experience in wealth management, financial services, insurance, banking, investment advisory, or business development will be an advantage.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline with flair for marketing and business development.
0–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Financial Services.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to build a career in wealth management are encouraged to apply.
