Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance of plant machinery and utility equipment
Preventive and breakdown maintenance planning & execution
Equipment installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting
Spare parts planning and inventory coordination
Ensure machine uptime and operational efficiency
Support CAPEX projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Follow safety, quality, and maintenance standards
Coordinate with Production, Stores, and SCM teams
Preferred Candidate Profile:
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience in plant maintenance within a manufacturing industry
Knowledge of pumps, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, utilities, and preventive maintenance
Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
