Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
Automate manual reporting processes using Python.
Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and data models.
Extract, clean, validate, and analyze data from ERP systems and databases.
Create and maintain Power BI dashboards for business insights.
Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Purchase, Accounts, HR, and Sales teams to collect and consolidate data.
Monitor data accuracy and ensure timely report generation.
Identify process improvement opportunities through automation and analytics.
Develop Python scripts for report generation, data validation, and Excel automation.
Support management with ad hoc reports and business analysis.




Maintain proper documentation of reports, scripts, and automation processes.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, OpenPyXL/XlsxWriter).
Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, Power Pivot).
Positive knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
Knowledge of ERP systems and MIS reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
