Key Responsibilities

Support and maintenance of Oracle E-Business Suite Financial modules.

Configure, troubleshoot, and support Oracle Financial modules as per business requirements.

Develop and support Oracle Forms, Reports, and PL/SQL .

Handle taxation related OEBS functionalities including TDS, GST, and other statutory compliance requirements.

Support Oracle access management activities and assist in resolving Segregation of Duties conflicts.

Understand and support SOD processes and compliance requirements.

Coordinate with internal and external audit teams and provide necessary IT audit support and evidences.

Work on incident, problem, and change management activities aligned with ITIL processes.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors for issue resolution and system enhancements.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Reports.

Valuable understanding of Oracle Financial modules in OEBS.





Knowledge of Tax Cell functionalities such as TDS, GST, and related statutory processes.

Familiarity with ITIL processes and support model.

Basic understanding of Oracle User Access Management and SOD conflict handling.

Knowledge of IT audit coordination and compliance requirements.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience

Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite support setting.

Experience in handling production support activities and user coordination.

Experience in supporting Oracle Financial modules in a production support setting.

Exposure to finance and compliance-related business processes.

Graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS techno-functional support areas.
