Job Summary

Capsurance Insurance Broker Ltd. is looking for a energetic and experienced Underwriter with expertise in Employee Benefits (EB) and/or Non-Employee Benefits (Non-EB). The ideal candidate will be responsible for underwriting, insurer coordination, quotation management, policy placement, and providing technical support to the business team.

Key Responsibilities
Handle underwriting for EB and/or Non-EB products.
Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, negotiations, and policy placement.
Analyze client requirements and prepare underwriting submissions.
Compare quotations and recommend suitable coverage.
Manage policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and servicing.
Build and maintain robust relationships with insurers and internal stakeholders.
Ensure timely turnaround and quality service to clients.

Non-Employee Benefits (Non-EB):
Fire

Eligibility
3–8 years of experience in underwriting.
Experience in EB, Non-EB, or both will be considered.
Prior experience with an Insurance Broker or Insurance Company is preferred.
Strong knowledge of underwriting processes and insurance products.
Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Qualification
Graduate (Insurance certifications will be an added advantage.)
