Role Description The Network Support Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in Surat. This role is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and related equipment. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving network issues, responding to support requests, performing routine health checks, and ensuring network performance and availability.

The Network Support

Engineer collaborates with other technical teams to implement changes, optimize configurations, and support projects involving connectivity, security, and system integration.



The role also involves documenting network setups, maintaining knowledge bases, and following established procedures and security standards.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Network Administration and Network Engineering for configuring, managing, and optimizing network infrastructure.

Candidates should possess Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for handling incidents, resolving user issues, and providing timely assistance.

Candidates should possess Network Security skills for implementing security controls, monitoring threats, and supporting cybersecurity policies.
