Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor structural fabrication and site activities.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Ensure structural fabrication is carried out accurately as per approved drawings.
Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely completion of work.
Monitor quality, safety, and progress of site activities.
Manage project execution and resolve on-site technical issues.
Maintain daily work reports and communicate project updates.

Preferred Candidate Profile
BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Knowledge of Structural Engineering and Steel Fabrication.
Ability to read and understand fabrication and structural drawings.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of experience are welcome to apply.
