We're Hiring: OpenText Technical Support & Configuration Specialist

Experience: 6–8 Years We are looking for an experienced OpenText Technical Support & Configuration Specialist to join our team. If you have strong expertise in OpenText solutions, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP HCM integrations, this is an excellent chance to work on enterprise HR document management solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Support the implementation and integration of OpenText with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.

Configure OpenText solutions, including workflows, metadata, permissions, and document lifecycle management.

Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors for resolution.

Manage system maintenance, upgrades, patches, and enhancements while ensuring security and compliance.

Create technical documentation, user guides, and provide end-user support and training.

Collaborate with HR IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to optimize system performance.

Ensure compliance with data security policies, GDPR, and other regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Experience:





6–8 years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in OpenText implementation, configuration, and support.

Strong expertise in OpenText Content Server, Extended ECM, or related OpenText solutions.

Experience integrating OpenText with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.

Knowledge of SAP integration technologies such as SAP CPI, Boomi, APIs, or other middleware solutions.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English.

Preferred

Qualifications

OpenText or SAP-related certifications.

Experience with cloud-based document management platforms.

Understanding of HR business processes and compliance requirements.
