Role Overview

We are actively seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Security Process Specialist for a high-priority opening within the Enterprise Technology Practice. This role is part of a dedicated core team for a critical global engagement, bridging legacy Oracle EBS security configurations with cross-functional business processes across global client landscapes.

Key Responsibilities
Security Architecture Implementation: Design, configure, and deploy Oracle EBS Security frameworks across 11i and R12.x instances to support global business operations.
User Administration Solutions: Lead the functional design and implementation of user provisioning, role definitions, and access control governance.
Cross-Functional Process Mapping: Partner with functional leads to align security controls with core business lifecycles, specifically PTP, OTC, ATC, and HTR workflows.
Compliance Controls: Configure and support security controls and audit checks within the Oracle EBS setting to safeguard client data integrity.





Technical Expectations Profile Requirements
EBS Security Core: Proven hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining Oracle EBS Security (11i and R12.x) and User Administration solutions.
Process Alignment: A functional understanding of end-to-end business workflows to ensure robust Segregation of Duties (SoD) and security controls.
Enterprise Scale: Ability to manage role-based access control (RBAC) and security governance within complex, global client environments.

Engagement Details
Work Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Pune (Hybrid: 2 to 3 days in-office)
Engagement Type: 1-year fixed-term chance with potential renewal
