Role Description The Operation Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Coimbatore.

The Operation

Executive will oversee day-to-day branch operations, including managing forex transactions, verifying documentation, and ensuring adherence to RBI and company policies. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining accurate records, monitoring cash flows, and supporting compliance and audit requirements.

and help improve process efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle daily branch activities and process workflows.

Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review transaction details, identify discrepancies, and support compliance with regulatory standards.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with team members and provide professional customer service.

Relevant experience in financial services, banking, or foreign exchange operations is beneficial.

A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
