Job Title: Operations Manager

Experience: 7–10 Years

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily travel operations. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in travel operations or Destination Management Company (DMC) operations, with proven leadership and vendor management experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee day-to-day operational activities across multiple destinations and services.
Coordinate effectively with Sales, Finance, and Vendor teams to ensure seamless operations.
Drive operational efficiency while maintaining high service standards.
Develop and manage vendor relationships and contracting strategies.
Monitor service quality, pricing, and operational performance.
Control operational costs and optimize profitability.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate the operations team.
Track operational KPIs and implement process improvements.
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.




Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and uninterrupted service delivery.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree is mandatory; MBA or Tourism specialization is preferred.
7–10 years of experience in Travel Operations or Destination Management Company (DMC) operations.
Minimum 3 years of experience managing teams.
Solid leadership, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities.
Financial awareness with the ability to manage operational costs and margins.
