Role Description The Operation Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Indore, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities related to order processing, inventory management, and dispatch coordination. This role involves managing vendor and supplier communication, ensuring timely procurement of products, and maintaining accurate records of stock and shipments.

Executive will coordinate with the sales, design,



and packaging teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate and luxury gifting orders with a focus on quality and timely delivery. The position includes monitoring operational workflows, identifying process improvements, handling basic documentation, and supporting management in planning for peak seasons and special projects.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee daily activities, manage workflows, and ensure effective order fulfillment.
