Role: Operations and Business Support Intern

We are looking for a proactive Operations Intern to support day-to-day business operations, project coordination, and client delivery. This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing work, following up on tasks, maintaining business systems, and working across multiple teams.

You'll gain hands-on experience in business operations, client coordination, reporting, and process management while working closely with the operations team. Responsibilities

Support daily business operations and track internal tasks and milestones.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on schedule.

Track client deliverables and maintain accurate project trackers.

Prepare reports, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Maintain internal systems, spreadsheets, and operational records.

Follow up on pending tasks and escalate delays when required.

Assist in improving operational processes and workflow efficiency. Requirements





Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, Docs, and project management tools.

Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Quick learner with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Internship or project experience in operations, administration, or client coordination.

Familiarity with Notion, Trello, HubSpot, Slack, ClickUp, or similar tools.

Basic understanding of business operations or project management.
