Diagnose and repair mould mechanisms, including sliders, lifters, core/cavity inserts, and ejector systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical faults, water cooling line blockages, hot runner system issues, and alignment mismatches.
Perform routine PMs (Preventive Maintenance), including mould cleaning, polishing, lubrication, gas venting checks, and safety inspections.
Use precision measuring instruments to check tolerances and log completed repairs/modifications.
Qualification: ITI or equivalent (Diploma will be not considered for this blue collar opening) Experience: 3+ years of relevant hands-on experience
Skills: Robust knowledge of mould assembly/disassembly, Bench work (scraping, filing, polishing), blueprint/ drawing reading, and hot/cold runner system troubleshooting.
Tools: Must have solid proficiency in using tool-room hand tools.
