JD:
Lead Oracle HCM Cloud solution design and architecture across implementation and transformation projects.
Solid expertise in at least 4 modules: Core HR, Compensation, Advantages, Payroll, Recruiting, or Talent Management.
Conduct requirement gathering, discovery workshops, and fit-gap analysis.
Define end-to-end HCM business processes and cross-module dependencies.
Review functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and testing deliverables.
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, security, workflows, and data migration.
Support HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Quick Formula requirements.
Lead SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
Mentor functional consultants and ensure Oracle HCM best practices are followed.
Strong stakeholder management, consulting, solution design, and Oracle Fusion HCM implementation experience.
