Job Title: Operations & Business Assistant (All-Rounder)

Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Role Description We are looking for an energetic, flexible, and hands-on Operations & Business Assistant to join our office in Pune. This is a versatile, multi-tasking role designed for someone who is not afraid to wear multiple hats. You will support a variety of day-to-day business activities- ranging from office administration and computer sales/deliveries to t-shirt printing operations and basic import-export paperwork.

It is an ideal role for an adaptable fresher or early-career skilled looking for diverse business experience.

Key Responsibilities
General Office Support: Manage daily office presence, handle routine coordination, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Computer Sales & Local Logistics: Assist with customer inquiries for computer hardware, manage stock organization, and help coordinate local computer deliveries when required.
T-Shirt Printing Assistance: Support production workflows, handle order sorting, and assist with material management for t-shirt printing projects.




Trade & Back-Office Admin: Help organize basic digital files, manage data entry, and assist with documentation for our import-export initiatives.

Candidate Requirements
Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th)
Skills: Basic computer literacy (MS Excel/Google Sheets), transparent communication, and high adaptability.
Work Ethic: Highly reliable, physically active, willing to handle a mix of desk work and hands-on operational tasks, and committed to a daily in-office schedule in Pune.
Experience: Freshers and candidates with 0 to 1 year of general working experience are welcome. Full guidance will be provided for all specific tasks.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
