Position Title

Accounts & Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounts Management :

Maintain complete books of accounts and financial records.

Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Manage bank reconciliations, cash flow, and fund planning.

Prepare monthly P&L;, Balance Sheet, and MIS reports.

Monitor working capital and expense controls.

Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and consultants.

Ensure timely vendor and employee payments.

Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
Manufacturing & Costing :

Prepare product-wise costing for leather shoes and accessories.

Monitor raw material consumption and wastage.

Analyze production costs and profitability.

Track factory overheads and efficiency metrics.

Coordinate with production team for inventory reconciliation.

Maintain BOM (Bill of Materials) and costing sheets.
Supply Chain & Inventory Management :

Coordinate procurement of leather, soles, chemicals, packaging, and accessories.

Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.

Handle purchase orders, GRNs, stock transfers, and inward/outward entries.

Coordinate logistics and dispatch planning.





Develop vendor relationships and negotiate commercial terms.

Ensure minimum stock variance and proper inventory controls.
Operations Coordination :

Coordinate between factory, stores, accounts, and management.

Ensure operational documentation and process discipline.

Support production planning and daily operational tracking.

Prepare operational MIS and dashboards.

Monitor order execution timelines and dispatch schedules.
Statutory & Compliance :

Ensure compliance with

GST

TDS

PF & ESIC

Skilled Tax

Labour compliance

Factory-related statutory requirements

Handle GST returns, TDS filings, and statutory reconciliations.

Coordinate annual audits and tax assessments.

Maintain proper documentation for export/import transactions (if applicable).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Accuracy of financial reporting
