Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through chat, email, and other non-voice communication channels.
Resolve customer concerns accurately and professionally.
Provide product and service-related information to customers.
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining service quality.
Deliver an excellent customer experience through effective written communication.
Follow company processes and quality standards.
Required Skills
Excellent written English communication skills.
Robust grammar, spelling, and typing accuracy.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
Valuable problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and night shifts.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Up to 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Chat Support, Email Support, or BPO is preferred.
